Lawnpage is an entirely private investment vehicle which focuses primarily on Australian commercial real property assets. Like many small funds, Lawnpage focuses exclusively on core fund activities, being:

• Asset Allocation,
• Property Management,
• Management of assets throughout the whole property lifecycle.

Lawnpage works with trusted partners and vendors on non-core activities.

Lawnpage is investigating the viability of expanding the scope of its service offering to share its expertise with non-family members and interested investors.

Currently, Lawnpage uses only its own capital and has been operating since 1991.
